As an expert in support, you will not only solve technical issues, but be a champion responsible for making our processes more scalable and transparent. You'll work with leadership and the compliance team to ensure that we have the right framework and tools for success. Significant Jira experience will be an asset, as the ideal candidate will own the end-to-end workflow.
You'll also be working regularly with members of your team to ensure that workload is well-balanced, that skills are increasing, and that the team is ready to take on challenges before they arise.
